Mrs. Latoya Anthony is a native of Houston, Texas and during her youth, relocated to Northern
California, where she graduated from Skyline High School of Performing Arts in Oakland, California.
Latoya received a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Design from California State University, East Bay. Latoya
began her career in the affordable housing industry as a Property Manager and Human Resources
Administrator for several developments in Northern California. Latoya holds various certifications under
the Housing and Urban Development Act and found great joy serving families in need of affordable care
and social services. After spending over a decade in the housing industry, Latoya relocated to Missouri
and received a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University, Webster
As the Director of Human Resources, Latoya’s role is to bridge the human aspect and operational
functions of Chick-fil-A Florissant through recruitment, labor law compliance, employer(ee) rights and
responsibilities and promote a culture of fun.
Latoya resides in North County with her husband and two little girls. Latoya attends Shalom Church (City
of Peace) and is a member of the Generation Next Choir. Latoya has had the pleasure to cheer with
Football’s Fabulous Females as an Oakland Raiderette NFL cheerleader for three seasons. Latoya is an
active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and enjoys karaoke, road trips and fun
moments with family and close friends.
